Gin Ferrara is an educator, artist, and writer living in Burlington, VT. In 2000, she co-founded Wide Angle Youth Media, a Baltimore nonprofit dedicated to giving young people the media and communication skills to tell their own stories and create a path to success. She has been a media educator since 1995, and an arts educator since 1991.

In 2012 Gin launched Spindle & Widget with her husband, David Pepper, to create community-focused media, research, and strategies that get people talking and taking action.
